I’m going to skip a generation and wait for the 2027 next gen models to come out before swapping. Waiting for a large touch screen to be introduced along with some real tech like we have in our Tesla
Haha. Yeah. Our two daily drivers are a 2020 BMW X5 for my wife and a 2019 Tesla Model S Long Range for me. Going from the technology, interior and performance of these cars to the 3/4 ton is going to be quite the adjustment. We're leasing the Denali HD, so maybe in three years, they'll be a big interior/tech update. Or we can look at Tesla, Rivian, or Nikola as all should have trucks on the market by then. Or maybe a GMC or Ford HD electric with the way things are going. Electric motors definitely have the grunt needed - a Model S Performance has 750hp and 1000+ft of torque, more than the beefy 6.6L Duramax!
