Land Rover Discovery Sport and International Serenity 19

First time post here. (Let me know if this is the wrong forum)

I am considering getting an International Serenity 19 with a GVWR of 4500. I also love the Land Rover Discovery Sport with Hitch Assist and towing. The Discover Sport has a limit of 4,409.

So, being a newbie, is it possible to pull the Serenity 19 with the Land Rover Discovery Sport? Would I have to be more conscious of what I add to the airstream?

Thanks so much for your response!

Julian

Mathematically does not sound possible, but In the real world there are members happily towing with underspeced Rovers. There are several threads on the subject. Search in the tow vehicle section.

Discovery Sport Pulling Train 120 tons

Thought this was interesting. I'm sure this isn't supposed to be saying it tow anything, since there's other factors such as braking etc with trailer towing.

Also, check towing capacity of the car in Europe and found out if there are any significant changes in the US spec. I believe your car is rated to 2,500 kg / 5,500 lbs in Europe, but do not quote me on this.
