Is ML430 suitable to tow 23' FC

I towed my 2012 28' Intl with a QX56 VERY happily and successfully for 2 years. If I didn't have the need for hauling a generator, two basset hounds, and all the other gear that I "needed" -- like a small gas grill, etc., I'd still have the QX. I did buy a 2014 Ram 2500 4x4 with the 6.7L Cummins diesel for more storage space and the torque that comes with the truck for long haul, Rocky mountain type Airstreaming. (Oh, and the exhaust brake as well.) The Ram is a terrific TV through and through, but the QX is a tremendously capable SUV and gets remarkable gas mileage when you tow with it.

I got 13 mpg today on a 9 hour trip to Texas today with the Tundra and Classic 30.

We completed our 1900 mile trip with the QX56 and our new FC23. Very satisfied. Even towed about 300 miles thru 25-30 mph cross winds, felt some sway but never a hint of handling trouble. Even saw semi trailers on their sides, one a 53' box the other hauling a big 'ol sail boat, maybe blown out of control who knows. But I do know we are very happy with our Airstream and look forward to many more excursions. Thanks for all feedback, I'll get a picture posted one of these days. We plan a short trip up to El Capitan Canyon CA in a couple weeks.
