I want to tow four 34' Limited's at once

OMG! Is GM serious?

Why not just buy a locomotive.....

It's a cloudy day with a bit of drizzle as you climb to the summit of Slumgullion Pass in Colorado. It has been a long hard pull in your Cummins powered RAM 2500 pulling your 30' Classic up to the top, and you don't want to admit it to the DW, but you're a bit trepedious at the 9.4% grade that awaits you on the other side of the summit.

Just before the summit, you see in your side mirror what you have only read about, but never seen in person. It's a Flayco Saudi Supreme Special fifth wheel coming up behind you; at 50' long, it features, five 10,000 lb axles, a Polaris RZR XP Turbo S inside, stone fireplace's, stone countertops, ceramic tile on heated floors, full size Stainless steel Sub-Zero fridge, (and freezer); every convenience you could imagine, and more.

You also know its GVWR is 35,499 lbs......cause someone got to build a trailer that this GM can pull.. You also know that the GM heavy duty straining to pull this monster up the grade has 20" rims, just like you do, and rotors and callipers big enough to fit inside those 20" rims.

Question......do you pull over and let him go first? Or are you man enough to show him how its done?.....down that 9.4% grade.........cause they tell you how the frame has been beefed up, and the axles are stronger......but nothing about the brakes.

Cheers

Only a Toyota Tundra can get that much weight up and down a grade like that! Both trucks should just pull over and let the REAL truck get the work done!

There is a picture of the prototype train in the Airstream archeives. But a car/sedan was doing the towing, so GM was late to the party. Pat

"Chevy says every component between the transmission and wheels have been upgraded to handle the increased towing load."

When I looked at mine, the brakes were in between the transmission and the wheels...
