Are they out yet? I have not seen any here in MD or VA. That is why I got almost 13K off sticker for my 2016 F250 Superduty Diesel Lariat.

They started rolling off the assembly line on 8/8, should be on dealer lots shortly.
I ordered one yesterday, lead time is 12 weeks.
Per salesman because I want the factory spray in bed liner and wheel well liners that may include an additional delay beyond the 12 weeks.

Thinking of switching to a 40 Fifth wheel, checked into a new F450 Platinum Duel rear wheel - $83K. Might just stick with our F350 SRW and Airstream. No delivery date given if we ordered, maybe by Thanksgiving we were told.

Although ford is building them now the trucks are sitting in mass parking yards waiting for the ok to ship date.
The specs are out now and I'm thrilled at the head and leg room. My build date is sept 9th and should have the truck 2-3 weeks later, I hope!

I hope Ford increased the fuel tank capacity as 26 gal in my former 2013 F-250 just didn't cut it. Looking forward to seeing the new Super Duty.

Can anyone comment on the discounts? I assume they are not selling at msrp nor $13k off as mentioned above. but which is it closer to?

I negotiated invoice minus rebates for a 2017 Super Duty factory order.
You can get a better deal if you find one on the lot but I suspect it will be a while before they start getting heavily discounted because of manufacturer incentives.

If you consider idling around the parking lot at NRG stadium in Houston as driving one, then yes I have. Ford is doing a series of roadshows and I figured this was my chance so I drove one and got a good close look at it.
I tow our 30' with a 2013 F250 Super Duty and I love it. What got me interested in the 2017 was the 7 camera option that you hear about. I had some time to kill and wasn't really thinking that I needed a new truck no matter how many cameras it had. While I can see the value in the cameras, that would not be enough to get me to buy a new one. What did it for me was the features that I didn't think would be on heavy duty pickups for a few years such as lane departure warning, adaptive cruise control, collision warning/brake support and blind spot monitoring that includes clearing the length of your trailer.
The one thing that Ford is missing on the whole camera thing is the trailer mounted camera is not available at speed. Basically all cameras shut down at > 6 -7 mph. Their thinking is that they would be a distraction which I can understand but I like seeing what is behind me at all times when I am towing and think it is an important safety feature and not a distraction. That is why I have a wireless version on our AS.
Hopefully Ford will rethink this as the folks that were conducting the tour said they heard that comment all the time. It may be that feature could be overridden with a Lockpick but at the end of the day, I can always use the same wireless camera that we currently have.
Everyone needs to made their own assessment but if I was going to be purchasing a new TV in the next few months, I would hold off until you can get a look at the new F250. There are a lot of other reasons I liked the truck but the new safety features are the most important to me.
