Don't do it!!!

I can name a bunch of companies that went down the tubes because GM "invested" in them.

Suzuki, Pontiac, Hummer, SAAB, Vauxhall, Holden, Opel, Oldsmobile, La Salle, McLaughlin, Saturn......

Rivian, if you want to succeed.....don't let GM bean counters anywhere near your product.

Wow, didn't understand how much history of "success" GM's had. Everything they touch turns to...

Cadillac may very well be their next victim.

Yet Rivian really needs a partner. They simple won't succeed on their own.

GM's business model seems to include acquiring the competition, then shutting them down. Saab, Hummer, and Daewoo come to mind.
