Changing TV...

I do not know my tongue weight. I do know that the trailer added 800 lbs to the Ram 2500 TV when hitched with the WD adjusted. (Reese st line hitch) Now I am going to a 1500 TV. Will the weight added to the TV be about the same or significantly more or less due to maybe needing different tension on the hitch to shift weight? Just trying to make a guess for payload.

I'm not sure a lot will change other than the level height adjustment...

The tongue weight of the trailer should be the same regardless of which tow vehicle you're using. It's a static weight.

The amount of the tongue weight that's carried by each of the truck's axles will vary depending on how you have the WD hitch configured.

You will likely need to make adjustments to the hitch for two things - the height of the hitch on the truck and the ability of the springs/suspension in the truck to carry the weight while maintaining adequate weight on the front axle.

My guess is that you'll still have about the same amount of added weight, or possible a slightly lower number. There might be a tad less if you have to crank on the WD hitch more to add weight to the front axle of the truck, since when you add weight to the front of the truck you'll also return weight to the trailer's axle.
