F-150 2012 Eco boost. Think she needs further weight distribution adjustments. This is without the 150 lb honda generator in truck bed less 2 passengers and a unloaded trailer.

Best to make a trip to a scale, record each axle (the four tires on the AS count as one axle).

Post here as to the front truck axle, rear truck axle, and the AS.

Repeat with truck alone, and then AS alone (hitch and combined axle weight.

Please post the info from your driver side pillar - max rear axle, max front axle, and max combined.

Your 'goal' is 'level tow' for truck and AS.

Here is how.. Initially, find a LEVEL spot. It is ok if it slopes a bit.. but needs to be straight level as possible. Measure the bow and stern beltline to the ground. Do same for truck at fixed points like the upper edge of the wheel well.

Now, hitch up and recheck the levels. Adjust your WD bars so that the truck squats identically at bow and stern. If AS is Bow Low, you need to raise the ball on the truck.. of course you will need to recheck the WD bars to make the truck 'squat' identically at it's bow and stern (top of wheel well openings).

The result should be level AS, or just a TAD bow high(up).. like 1/4" above 'level'. Truck 'squat' is equal front and rear.

If AS is bow 'low', you will have towing issues.. same if too high. This is where you get the trailer weighed and ensure you are within specs on the axle loads.. The rear axle should carry more weight than the front.

Rotate your tires regularly to spread out the wear..
