It is upsetting to have to pay more for the lowest cost processed fuel. When jet fuel is selling cheaper than diesel you know the nation is being had. All those trucks hauling goods and paying these higher prices will drive up the cost of all things.
This new truck has become a garage queen. In ten months it has been driven 5500 miles. The 03 Diesel went 10,000 miles in 4 months.
Enough soapbox.
And to add insult to injury the federal road tax on diesel is higher than it is on gasoline by 6 cents $0.184 vs $0.244 with LP being the lowest at $0.136

Red face Diesel Power

Davidz71 suggested I would like the overkill of our new diesel. It is nice. Another item appreciated is the power extendable mirrors. I purchased some from Power Vision for the Tahoe. Gm wouldn't sell them for that SUV.
