84 Excella short trip towing

Hey new here. A few questions. I have towed tractors and have driven big rigs. My last trailer was 20 feet and I towed it with my 4Runner. I have heavy duty shocks and the control for the brakes and such.

I just bought an 84 Excella. It is empty except for the kitchen and bath. The rest is torn out and new underlayment is down on the floor.

I need to pull this thing about 5 miles to get it to my yard. The stock weight is 5650 and the hitch is at 600, the 4runner can do 7300 and 730. The thing is, while heavy, the 4Runner is a really short wheel base. I do not plan to travel with the 4runner, But I do need to get the trailer home, then to my shop about 150 miles away.

Any thoughts? Can I do this or do I need to borrow or rent a bigger truck?

You are within specs. Assuming you have a brake controller and the brakes work, I would tow it home.
