I did that and had minimal success. Maybe airbags? I wonder if the new Ford's 3/4 tons ride better? Don't get me wrong I love the truck. It hauled close to 3000# of gravel and rode beautifully. Same road and I couldn't feel the bumps. Daughter and I love it for hauling our Kayaks, bikes and a ton of gear too. It's been a champ.

Hmm, test drive a new one and find out relative.

I went from a 2019 GMC AT4 to a 2019 F350 Platinum and found the ride similar and if anything the F350 is more comfortable overall. I did change the tires on both to Goodrich KO2s.

I drive a 2019 F250 after trading in our 2017 F150. The 250 is definitely bouncier but I don't find it that bad. However I drive a Miata, also, which is stiffly suspended! I often leave a bunch of stuff in the bed of the truck (tools, camping chairs and so forth; probably 250 lbs) and that smooths it out just a bit. Toss some cinder blocks back there and you're set :-)

Or, take it in for service ... filter$ and gallon$ of lubricant ... we went back to a 1/2 ton only because it is a daily driver and not just a TV.
