2015 F-250 6.7 Powerstroke Fuel Mileage

We just returned from our 6 week trip with our 2014 31' classic being pulled by our 2015 F-250. We started and ended in Michigan touching Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, South Dakota, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. All different types of terrain. We totaled:

7,814 miles
5,674 miles pulling the trailer
666 gallons of fuel
11.7 MPG

I know other tow vehicles get better mileage but this post is just informational.

The truck was awesome, especially in the mountains. The jake brake did a great job on the down grades, we hardly had to use the brakes, total control. My wife pulled the trailer about 40% of the time and also pulled through the mountains. She was real comfortable pulling with the truck.

All in all, a real nice trip. Looking forward to our next trip this fall.
