2015 Explorer 3.5L EcoBoost
My wife and I picked up our new 22FB Bambi last Saturday and headed straight for the mountains. The dealer set us up with an Eaz-Lift Elite WD hitch with stabilizer and wanted to ride while we test drove. The dealership is on a very busy highway, so I had to accelerate pretty rapidly to merge into traffic. The salesman's eyes got big and he asked what was under the hood! The 3.5L EcoBoost sure impressed him (and me). The 22FB towed like a dream and I am thrilled with the way the Explorer performed. Once I retire and we start taking extended trips I am sure that I will want a truck for a TV so we can haul a generator, etc.
This is our first camper and we are really excited to be joining the AS community!
