We have used the above TV to pull our Rpod 171 to Disney from MO and back and to other destinations with no problem, it has a trailer brake installed and is rated to pull 10,000 lbs, but want experienced opinions on if it will be adequate for a 25 foot Airstream Safari?

You should be able to get there but not in the fast lane, I towed our more vintage(lighter) 25 with a toyota 4.6 v8 at 317hp for several trips and it has to work on anything with a small grade. Going cross country that would not be a great choice.

The salient numbers are 285 hp @5300 rpm and 305 lb-ft @3900rpm. 25' Safari is roughly just over 5k lbs dry, approximating 6-6500lbs loaded for vacation.
You're engine makes more power than most any vehicle available a decade back. She's not a fire breather by today's extravagant power standards, but no slouch either with those kind of numbers.
What are your expectations for performance?
With some rpm (max power output at 5300rpm), she'll hold speed just fine up just about any grade. Modern engines are made to work and spin reliably. It's how the powerband of a gasser works so you'll want to be using the meaty part of the engine powerband if you want more scoot. If you are shy about utilizing the upper rpm band, you may not be satisfied with the performance as you would be limiting yourself to something perhaps much less than the full potential output.
