I recently towed a 16' Bambi and it was a dream. Barely even noticed it. I was curious if anyone had towed a 19' Flying Cloud with a 4Runner, since that was the target model I was looking for.
I just want to make sure I'm being safe since the 4Runner is at 4700lbs max weight/ 500lbs max tongue weight.

The actual tongue weight of my 19' is quite a bit over 500 lbs. it was the main reason I ended up selling my Grand Cherokee even though it towed just fine. Probably equal horsepower and weight as a 4Runner.
The dry hitch weight on a 2006 19' is 480 lbs. That includes the batteries but not propane. So you're only 20 lbs. away from your maximum before you put anything in it. The newer 4Runners just don't make good TVs for TT or larger boats. Toyota quit putting the V8 in them in 2007, pretty much making them another Highlander. Tacoma, Tundra or Sequoia for 19' would be a better fit.
