Drum to disc conversion
You might try this conversion kit.

https://www.summitracing.com/parts/leb-rc6002

If you currently have a vacuum boosted system (as opposed to a HydroBoost) you will also need a new booster AND a Disc/disc proportioning valve. They can be bought as an assembly.
