That's a good, reliable truck and easy to work on. If you put a stack on it you will double the power and get such good fuel mileage you'll probably have to stop every so often and let some out. At least that's what the Dodge guys claim!

I do my own wrenching and prefer older, pre DEF trucks myself. (Fords)

PS your rig looks great!

Even Mr. Monk would like the symmetry of matching your '93 Excella with a '93 Dodge. It keeps the Karma balanced. Congratulations on your great classics!

Great looking truck! I, too, like the older diesels. Currently have a 1995 PowerStroke that only has 132K miles on it! I would LOVE to have THAT truck!!

Thumbs up

Yours looks a lot better than my 92. My odometer quit a couple years ago at 235,000 miles. They are great trucks.

Now THAT'S funny!

I could definitely make use of a good ol' truck like that! I am not one who is impressed with all of the bells 'n whistles on the new trucks. We could afford any of them, but don't want to. I am a tech guy for 37 years, and those new bells 'n whistles will keep the new automotive tech guys in business for a long time to come!

I would LOVE to haul my Avion with that Dodge! What a beauty! Might be as awesome as my PowerStroke! (If I had my dad's 1971 F250 w/390 std (black/yellow) or his 1979 F250 w/460 auto (black/blue), I would be in hog heaven!)

I often long for some of my past vehicles......I even have a recurring dream where I am at my Mom's and my 69 AMC Rebel is still in the carport and my 65 Dodge 3/4 ton slant six/4speed is out in the driveway.

Here's my PSD sporting Lariat wheels and new towing mirrors and my "you could eat off it" engine bay.

and this is why I'm converting my 1975 Argosy 24' motorhome from a 454 to a 1994 Cummins P-pump turbo diesel........it's a no-brainer.

Stay calm and diesel on.

Cheers

Come on Tony, brains have nothing to do with it, it's an illness and we all suffer from it.
