1956 Cadillac Sedan De Ville tow rating ?

a close friend owns a 1962 Globetrotter 19 ft. that he restores, and he wants to use a 1956 Cadillac Sedan De Ville that he just restored for towing.

The problem is that he can't legally tow anything with the Cadillac here in Europe , if the tow rating is not noted in the car's title.
Since the car is somewhat older, the office that inspects vehicles will accept
any documentation that shows a ballpark tow rating , even a advertisements
stating " will tow your house and more" ( they probably prefer numbers )

Does anybody have any paperwork about a vehicle like this ?
A hint where we can find something like that ?

any help is appreciated

( the picture with TV + Globetrotter was taken a few months ago, they are both nearly finished now )

older caddy

Go for it; I was pulling a 1973AS that dry weighed 7200lbs. with a 1972 Chrysler Imperial LeBaron that weighed in at 6500 lbs.The car was already 20 years old when I took it in for a hitch and wiring; the owner of the shop said the frame was probably too old to support the tongue weight of 650lbs. until he checked out the underside; could go down the 401 at 75mph if I wanted with the 440 cu.in., 350 h.p. The car loved pulling our AS and was always admired by other campers wherever we stopped;
