Wintering in Seattle

We live a bit north of Seattle, rather temperate winter climate but we can, and do get stretches of freezing weather. We have access to shore power 24/7 and would like to use the AS on our site during winter from time to time. We have a 2018 Sport 22.

Our question is: if we run 2 warming oil heaters inside (plus a humidifier) is it realistic to think we can also insulate lines, as well as place some pipe heaters in key spots to prevent freezing? If so, anyone know where the single points of failure might be in the lines (heater, water, waste) as we don’t have a pipe diagram and don’t understand where fluids may even reside? I’m concerned we won’t even be able to get access to all the lines and tanks to make this feasible and have a mess when it thaws?

Thoughts?
