Weatherman promises us 5-10 inches by tomorrow. Does that range tell us that they really don't know? Snow, okay. Another crippling ice storm like years past...please, no! ~G

Yeah, from the satellite it looks like it's clearing there, hence cold. We're not too bad on the temps at the moment -- about 15F -- but it's still really cloudy, the ceiling is very low, and, of course, the snow's still falling. By tonight it's supposed to clear here, too, and then the cold will set in. I hope to get the snow plowed before then.

Lynn

I just swept the porch. This is a very "dry" snow containing lots of air. As such, it's fairly hard to plow because it wants to flow off the side of the blade too easily. Once it compresses a bit (losing air), it'll get easier to plow.
