Drafts - why not duct taping plastic over windows?

I have been staying in my 2014 22' sport in the Texas Hill Country around Bandera this month. Been coming here for about ten years and this is the longest coldest stretch. Nightly lows to mid 20s then getting up to 40-60F during the day. I have had 110 electrical & water available so aside from having to drain my water supply line nothing bad has happened but wow is it drafty!! Worse spot is in front of the refrigerator.

Having dealt with a drafty old farmhouse in New England I wonder if duct taping plastic sheets over the back of the refrigerator(that is using 110) and all the windows that open would eliminate a lot of the drafts. Not an elegant solution and won't survive "over the road" but would cut down on drafts.
