Removing furniture for flooring.
When replacing original factory flooring do you remove all the furniture/fixtures first or cut around everything. Looks to me like most will come out easily except the shower/fridge and maybe the kitchen sink area. Original covering does not seem glued and has buckled in some places.

Cutting around the cabinets is a no brainer to me. This gives you the option of securing the flooring to the underlayment or going with a floating floor. Most folks use a floating floor. I wouldn’t recommend using a floating floor under the cabinets.
Love what you did! My 2005 Internationsl has the same floor plan, and while I still think it is one of the best designed, I find the dinette also pretty useless. My floor also is coming up , soon to be replaced, and well..... one thing leads to another, so I’m gonna pull out my dinette altogether as well.
Love the sofa extension!
We bought our 2017 30' international specifically because it had the same lounge layout as the 25SS . We love it... and for the 30', the first thing we did was to yank out the bench and re-create the same couch extension we had in our 25SS.
Love the modifications to the Dinette! have 2004 International with same configuration. Roller cushions are a little wiggly! thanks for sharing!
can you give ball park cost for just the dinette project?
If all you did was to remove the one seat and replace with the bench, you are looking at $2k-$3k for labor and parts. That includes new cushions which are $$$ if you want something good like matching ultra leather... that’s my estimate since the work was done as part of a much larger ‘uplift’. As with most things in life you get why you pay for...
