OK to use 3/4 Rustic Pine Boards?

Hello All

Will replace the floor in my 1970 AS land Yahct and want to know if I can use 3/4 tounge/groove Pine Boards for the Floor. Would add small bead of Liquid Nails, then nail through toungue into subfloor. Have a bunch left over from work on my house. What could go wrong with this type of floor? If I gut the trailer and install the floor, what kind of reinstallation problems of Trailer Doors and Walls component parts will I be facing? Thanks Pat

Every nail you use, will come back up.

The trailer flexes, and will spit those nails out.

Adding that much to the floor dimension, will completely change the shell to frame dimensions, and the underbelly wraps as well, which would no longer fit.

Pine is also quite soft and would dent and scratch easily with pets, foot traffic and dropped items. Better suited for walls than floors.
