Classic floor

Just purchased an 07 Classic 27 and the rear floor under the table is soft. I am assuming we have a leak and the subfloor is rotten. Any ideas on where the leak might be from and ideas on subfloor replacement...
Help.

windows, seams, etc.. I used captn tolleys creeping crack cure.

its a thin white liquid I use around the windows to seal.. it take a bit to learn how to use it and you need LOT of towels to catch the flow when you put too much on a crack.. only clip a small bit of the tip so there is a small opening works best.

it seems to work great thus far.. also check skylights.. a know place to leak.

Sorry to hear about your floor. From what I have read, people find the "dinette" leaks usually due to the pano window seams and, if the dinette is in the rear, the top of the bumper (I call it the bumper tray) where it meets the body of the trailer (lack of seal).
