If you can't post a picture, how about further information? Big bubbles? Tiny bubbles? Do they appear in the surface of the flooring (what kind is it?) Do they seem to be under the flooring and making the flooring bubble? Are there any water lines nearby? It could be as simple as the lineoleum (?) flooring not being glued down properly... or it could be something totally different. Tell us all you see and know!
You could probably fix it like they do in a household lineoleum floor. Single edge razor blade - cut an X in the bubble - dab vinyl tile adhesive into the opening - or use a syringe. The less you bend back the cut edges the better. Let it set for at least 30 minutes then roll it with a wallpaper seam roller.
