We are art phase to install flooring. Everything is gone except the plywood floor. What is the best material to use. We don’t care for carpet, something like laminate, vinyl, snap, glue or floating floor. The cabinets, walls and beds are in the unit. Thanks for all experiences and suggestions!
I used a snap together vinyl from Armstrong. It’s easy to install and holds up well. It’s not overly expensive and if a piece gets damaged you can pull that piece up and replace it. A downside with this type of product is that of a section is exposed to too much heat - direct sun on a really hot day for example - it can buckle and may not fully relax. Nothing is perfect

We installed a click and lock cork floor 9 years ago. We have replaced some pieces that got wet, but hey it is 9 years old and we are still happy with it. When we do replace it we will either go with another click and lock cork floor or marmoleum.
