Shock absorbers

Need to replace the OE shock absorbers on my 2008 dodge ram 1500. No problems so far in pulling my 25 AS but at 54000 miles on the truck, I think it time! Any recommendations on buying a good shock? I have a 2WD not a 4WD.

Look into Blistien's there great shocks that hold up well and ride smooth.

Plug for Bilstein!!!

Put them on my Suburban 2500. Noticeably better ride. Lifetime warranty... They replaced them one time so far with no hassle.

Also put on my Dodge 3500.

Highly recommend.

The TRD option on our 2008 Tundra added Bilstein's.

Not to be a contrarian but........

I used to be a Bilstein Fan Boy. Had them on every vehicle from a VW Thing to a 40' diesel pusher motor home. Always satisfied with the improved ride and handling until.....................

I upgraded my 2011 Sprinter to Koni's. WHAT A DISCERNIBLE DIFFERENCE!!!! Huge difference as soon as I left the installer's lot.

For a van that is usually weighed down to the max GVWR, it has made the ride and handling more than superb! I'm definitely a Koni guy now!!
