Air bag support beam shifted on my 1986 Airstream 345 and caused my bags to fail.

The air bag support beam shifted on my 1986 Airstream 345 and caused my rear airbags to fail and shift off of the rear of the beam. Has this happened to anyone else and did you figure out why. I'm also concerned my tag axle bearings were stressed because of the excess load and could or will fail. We probably traveled 75 miles with deflated bags. Any wisdom would be appreciated.
