Will a regular air bed work on a FC front bed twin?

My original twin mattress that came with my 2015 FC has retained moisture and got mold on the bottom. I want to replace it with an air bed that has a vapor barrier built in. Wondering if anyone has used a regular air bed with no adaptations for the curvature? thanks in advance.
