Wall and floor renovation questions

I am going to look at an Airstream trailer this weekend that would be a restoration project. The interior was described as "stripped-out, with shiny walls and flooring." There is a bed, fridge, stove, oven, fridge, etc. in place, but around is said to be removed.

My question is this: I know what to put down for flooring. If the walls and ceiling have been stripped, what goes on there to replace it? I'm sorry if this is vague, but I don't know more to ask more.

Thanks!

If it is shiny on the inside, the interior aluminum panels are presumably in place. If so, what you install inside is up to you.

Check the Vitage Airstreams site - http://www.vintageairstream.com/ for some photos and interior layouts of various older coaches.
