Uncomfortable dinette area. Help

The table: I paid $25 for this used oak table advertised on Craigslist. I cut a third of it off, refinished the remaining 2/3rds, and attached it to the wall.

The chairs: I paid approx. $85 each for the two chairs on Amazon (I now see that the price has increased):

In our 88' 345LE we took out the rear queen bed and installed a U shaped lounge. Table is on a 12V power pedestal. Seats 6 easy, and converts to very large bed. Takes no more than 10 minutes to make the switch. Much improved use of space. Really happy with it.

I agree that even in restaurants the dinettes aren't comfortable. I just don't fit. Same in the trailer. But I'll pass along this wisdom, imparted by one of the Forum Denizens: "It's your trailer. Fix it the way you want it!"
