We bought our 2013 FB twin used. The previous owner had put a piece of 1"x12" pine along the length of one mattress to support the unsupported edge. This works fine for the wife. I didn't like how it made that side of the mattress higher so I removed the plywood support and replaced it with a wider one that I made to fit.

We have a 25’FB twin had the falling off problem. Had two new mattress made local and had both made with top coving on both sides so each season I flip them over so they will not sag where we sleep. We had the company make up test mattress in the shop so we could test the firmness of them before they made them. Paid around $400.00 for both. Sleep nice now no problems.

I've never noticed it (but now the seed has been planted and will notice it now for sure).

But usually I have the exact opposite problem.

My golden-doodle sleeping on top of me prevents any chance of falling out of bed - or sometimes even getting out of bed. I've been told she's a little spoiled...

I finally added a 5/8' plywood extension to our twin beds. I never expected it to make such a difference! Getting the outside three inches of the mattress supported really works.

Did you add a side rail? Also, how did you attach it?
Thanks in advance,
Mike

Fixed twin bed problem

Mine were level. The problem was that the mattress was 4 inches wider than the bed support.
I overlayed 1/2 inch plywood with small lip on the edge.

I've heard this many years back, but never experienced this issue with my last 2014 25' FCT nor with my currant 28' FCT. Not sure why it has not affected us, but it has not.
