The bed is just too dang small!!
1987 Sovereign rear bed. We are just average size folks (hubby is 6'2" i'm 5'7") and we sleep with a 50 pound pig..... I just wish there was a slide out or a way to make the bed a few inches wider. I always end up in the middle and it is an olympic event to get up in the middle of the night with out it looking like a game of Twister in which some of the players are dead. We hang out on it and read, nap, or watch tv and it's fine for that, just sleeping is a bit tight, even without the pig!! I bet some brilliant person has an idea for a fix......

Six foot two and a pig?! Beds are designed for two people and are marginal for that. Add a fifty pound pig is like adding another person.

Like with most things in life, it boils down to personal choice. If you want more space, don't co-sleep with a pig.
Our kids sleep in their beds, our pets sleep in a basket and everybody gets a good night's sleep.

Boys on the couch! No room for hubby there. It is a choice to have her there, she almost died as a little girl after a fund raising event for St. Jude and we put her in bed with us to monitor her, that was 2 1/2 years ago. I think she is there to stay.

Hardly average. According to the Centers for Disease Control, the average adult male is in the US is 5'9¼" tall and 195 pounds; the average adult female is 5'3¾" tall and 166 pounds; we're a nation of fatties. You didn't list your weights, but you're both well over average height.
On the other hand the pig is smaller than average at 50 pounds; a typical adult domestic pig can weigh anywhere between 110 and 700 pounds depending on breed and can be up to 6 feet long measuring head+body. You lucked out if your pig is already full-grown and only 50 pounds.
But sleeping-space difficulties aside, I applaud your idea of carrying your bacon as a live animal until it's ready to be eaten; no need for refrigeration that way! That IS a joke… I grew up in Southwest Oklahoma, and knew a lot of farm and ranch kids in the 4H or FFA who would raise livestock as pets and then cry their eyes out when the time came to slaughter the animal for food. For some reason the idea of eating something that had a name when they were raising it was a bit much for them. And that's why every animal I've ever had as an adult has been given the name of a food (most recent being a cat named "Lunchmeat"), just to poke fun at all those people I used to know who gave their future food the name of a pet.

Thanks for the funniest post I've ever read on the forum! We feel your pain (3 lhasa apsos share our bed). We're in a 25' FC and this last trip we created more room by sliding the bed about 8" from the wall. We then crammed pillows in the new space. It wasn't the most elegant solution but it did give us more room for Twister.

There are some wonderful ideas on Pinterest for creating a slide out using an ikea frame.

My thought was to use a plywood tucked under the memory foam when not in use. Pulling it out, sliding the mattress over and cutting a piece of memory foam to fit the gap. Have to have some kind of support under it, how to attach and store "legs?" when not using. Still leaving a tiny bit of space between bed and dresser..... even adding 10-12 inches would make a difference. Mind you I don't mind Twister, but all participants should be animated!!

Maybe attach folding (telescoping) table legs to the plywood?

My suggestion...
My recommendation would be to not eat or drink anything after 4pm.

Put twin beds in and bridge them with a foldable and removable piece of ply wood and stick piggy bed in the middle. That way everyone gets their space and a lot more length for not so average height Americans.
PS: I will never again complain about my dogs getting in bed with me.
