I was thinking about installing this wall mount for s small led TV. Good idea? Bad Idea? Will the wall even support this? Do I have to mount it in a metal wall stud? Any thoughts would be helpful. Thanks

My thought is, if you secure it to a rib behind the interior skin, you'll be fine for a secure mount. I think you're close to a rib. Follow the vertical rivets. Without, maybe a few more rivets... What size TV? How heavy?

Since you have a counter top directly below, maybe pick up a desktop mounted monitor bracket, instead? The wood counter will be much more solid than the aluminum skin.

Hard to see the place you are mounting. Wider shot please?

I think, mounting a larger plate then mount the becket to it.

In ours, I mounted on an interior wall using long screws into backing board.
