stuck bed platform

Well in one of several problems today we managed to get the queen bed platform stuck in the up position (I am guessing we pushed it up too far. Anyone have any ideas on ways to get it to go back down?
I am hoping for something simpler than getting the lifter cylinders replaced.

Thanks

Is there some sort of catch or a bracket that locks when the bed is opened? Check the rods that slide into the cylinders - do they look like they pulled out or otherwise look different then normal? Have you tried just adding a little oomph to putting the bed back down?

Thumbs up Welcome Aboard....

X2....on the more oomph theory, it may just be the angle of the dangle.

Make sure the mounts are secure and if all good...oomph it more.
