Sticky stuff on cieling on a new 23FB Flying Cloud ???

I bought a new 2019 F/C 23' FB and once I got it home from the dealer I took a better look inside. I found that around every ceiling light there is what seems to be dried clear silicone smears. I tried a light cleaner but to no avail. Any ideas what this is and how to clean it off??

I haven't heard of that one before. I would first try a little bit of naphtha (old time Zippo Lioghter fluid) on a paper towel or soft cloth to see if it will break down the smears. Naphtha will not harm your clearcoat or the trim ring on the light. If this does not work, I would call the Service Center in Jackson Center (937-596-6111) and ask what they would recommend.

Well after some info on here and a few phone calls, Nail polish remover took it off. Small amounts on a soft cloth then wash afterwards. The substance that was on there turned milky white as I cleaned it off. Still can't figure out what it was.
