single beds conversion to twin?

Hi, Aka here,
Newbie. 1974 31' sovereign has "preacher bunks." you know, two singles beds midsection of the floor plan. My wife and I like each other.
Space is space, can anyone recommend a conversion of this space that might incorporate a folding bed that we could share, And still walk through to get to the bathroom in the back?
The front of the trailer doesn't have any furniture, the PO took it out because it was trashed. Everything else is there.
