I would like to change the color (in other words, loose the simulated wood grain brown) of the the rolling cabinet doors in my '76 Excella. Has anyone had any success with simply spraypainting them or even better laminating them with a thin textile of some sort? Any ideas on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Tim
ahhh! tambour is the term...I like this idea I found in another thread of laminating a textile to the rear of the doors to repair them. Only, I am gonna attempt to laminate a thin, aesthetically pleasing textile to the front to dress them up and keep them functional. I will let you all know how my experiments go... I love these forums!
