Replacing stock recliners with jack knife sofa

We have a 2015 30' International, which came with two recliners in the front (see attached image). We have decided that a jack knife sofa would work better with our grand kids.

Anyone out there who has done this conversion? What sofa option did you pick and are you happy with your choice? Anything you would have done differently?

If anyone is interested, our Airstream is at Vinnie's Airstream Repair in Wilton, CA (http://www.vinniesairstream.com). We're asking $500/ea. for the recliners. They are like new as we never use them and actually took them out for about two years.
