Pulling all appliances and cabinets due to rodents

So I recently purchased a 2015 Eddie Bauer 27FB from the original owner. He purchased it and left it sitting on a large piece of property in upstate NY. I got a great deal on it due to the condition, it has absolutely no rust on the frame but exterior needs a detailed wash and wax. The interior on the other hand had rodent droppings in just about every corner. Iíve pulled all the seating, replaced all the duct work and pulled all the appliances to get behind to clean. Everything Iíve pulled apart I scrubbed clean and patched if there was any point of entry. Iíve also replaced insulation at points theyíve accessed. Iím having issues with the bathroom, I want to get behind the cabinets and sink but it seems the only way is to disassemble it all and remove the bathroom entirely. If thereís anything else I can do to make sure I keep them out so this doesnít happen again Iím open to suggestions Click image for larger version

Good find, and welcome to the forum!

Hope you wore a respirator, due to concerns about Hantavirus.

Hantavirus mentions here: https://www.google.com/search?q=Hant...=airforums.com
Vermont info FYI: https://www.healthvermont.gov/diseas...es/hanta-virus

"Fresh Cab" seems to help with mice IMO: https://www.amazon.com/Fresh-Cab-Bot...+scent+pouches

FYI "Fresh Cab" mentions here in various "mouse problem" threads: https://www.google.com/search?q=Fres...=airforums.com

We purchase a fresh carton of 12 packets each fall, so that its aroma will be strong, and hide them all over the trailer. With things buttoned up for the winter, the aroma is pleasant each time we go into the trailer, as if you can "feel" the stuff working!

Good luck,

To kill mice!!
One easy recipe to make is a mix of 1 part borax, 2 parts powdered sugar, and 1 part cocoa powder. Add a few grains of bird seed in the mix to make it more attractive to the mice. The sugar, chocolate, and seeds attract the mice and the borax kills them. ... Anything that can kill mice will also kill humans or pets.
