Most fabric stores have Foam in various grades available and can cut it to any size you need.

I went to a specialty foam store that is here in Portland. I should let you know they are not cheap. Actually very expensive but they have a great selection of very good quality foams of varying densities and thickness'.

Don't get the firm, too hard, esp if you use it for a bed. There is as much techical issue's with foam as anything else, firmness, density, ect. If you have a local upholester you may be best using them to make the cushions.

Check this out:
www.knoxfoam.com
They can make you slip covers to protect the foam, and have excellent quality. There is also a page that will explain the differences of the different foam types etc.
I have purchased a lot of foam from them over the years, mostly sound barrier sheets, but also mattress foam for my tradewind. Always had a grat experience.
I will buy the foam for my 1963 Overlander project from them as well.

Can MiracleFoam (Tempurpedic type) be used? AHHHHH Now, that would be a great couch cushion. I think I have seen thicknesses of 3-4 inches available on line.

Also try the Foam Source, in Boulder, CO. I ordered foam cut to within 1/4" of what I needed for another project trailer, in varying densities and depths with no laminating necessary. They were very easy to deal with and they ship for free!
