Peeling wall paper

The wallpaper in the bathroom area of our 1990 Excella 34 is peeling in numerous spots. I tried spraying glue on the wall to re-stick it, but that hasn't worked well. The peeled paper appears to have shrunk a bit.

Any suggestions?

Elmer's Glue-All seems to be working well on some peeling wallpaper in our house. If you have any spots you can get to that are sort of hidden, you can also try mechanical reattachment (staples).
