We removed the fiberglass shell in the bathroom of our 69' Land Yacht. I just met with a tin knocker about putting stainless or aluminum back on them. We're going with a fiberglass shower pan & a little round stainless sink.
What size/thickness sheets can/should we use? I was looking at some of the textured varieties hoping it would be easier to maintain. But do we need giant sheets or can we work with smaller ones? Seems like they would be easy to form & rivet?
The tin knocker we just met with seems to think he has to form them all in his shop, which includes making a template out of galvanized?? And is thinking of $75/hr not to exceed 40 hours????
Am I missing something? I also noticed Andy at Inland said you should jack up the trailer to keep it from sagging?
