Mold Prevention in Furniture

I am finishing up on a renovation of at 1980 Excella and had new foam and apolstry done on all the furniture. What do people do to prevent the furniture from molding during the summer time when it's no in use? Do people put a dehumidified in it? or leave the AC on? or just nothing?

Thanks
I'm trying to figure out how to protect all the work I just did.
