Kohler Kitchen Faucet only cold water

I have a 2018 Tommy Bahama 19C and we have only cold water coming from kitchen faucet (and yes I checked the shut-off valve). I called Kohler and they sent me a new valve that goes in the handle. I replaced the this and still no hot water...UGH> When you move handle to get hot water no water comes at all...

I just had the same problem with my 2018 Tommy Bahama 27FB with Kholer faucet for Galley. My faucet has the sprayer hose. I had to unscrew the partition backboard under the sink to get to the hot and cold water supply lines. It was a real pain getting the hot water supply line off because it it up high behind the sink. Once I got the line off I checked to make sure I had hot water to the supply line, which I did, and the supply line itself was also clear because I could blow air through it when I completely removed it from both the hot water line and the faucet. I took an air compressor and put about 90psi on it and put the hose direftly on the faucet connection for the removed supply line and finally some water blew out the sprayer nozzle. Come to find out there is a really small check valve up in the faucet past the supply line connection and it can get stuck. Connected supply line back on to faucet and hot water line and opened it up and all back in business. No need to replace mixer valve or faucet. Hope this helps.
