Int'l 27-twin bed vs queen; convert to queen

I am considering the purchase of a 2009 27 Int'l with twin beds. What are pros and cons of twin vs queen, and how difficult is it to convert from twin to queen? What is involved in the conversion?

For our second AS we set out to get a twin for a few reasons. Just my opinion and what works for us.

pros: We find the trailer queen to be too small and my tossing and turning drove my wife to sleep on the dinette. It's easier to get into the overhead cabinets with a twins. You have more changing room with a single wide aisle vs two aisles on the side. We liked the look of the long aisle down the middle of the trailer. During the day, a queen bed is always a bedroom whereas a twin can be two couches during the day. When we have guests we can have people hanging out in both areas. Twins give you more options when camping with a non-relationship guest. I can read or work on my laptop all night and not bother my wife. The outside and inside storage on our floor-plan was much better with twins.

Cons: Everyone thinks we have marriage problems My wife like the bedroom look of a queen vs twins. When it's cold my wife misses snuggling. Although, snuggling in a twin in fun too and is plenty big for two people. Buying two of everything for bedding is a pain.

We would never go back to non-twin. Hope this helps.
