Interior trim

Where can I get the rubber trim that goes between the cabinets & the wall sides. Mine is a tan/brown color. Thanks

I am not sure if what you are looking for is/was the same or similar to mine... but I asked a similar question and a couple of promising websites were given! One of them had lots of trim options. Check them out on this thread:
