I think there is a clear coat on the aluminum, and you might try polishing the scratch out, but if it is deep enough to go thru the clear into the aluminum, short of replacing the panel, you will have to live with it.
The service guy at Carolina Coach (nice folks) recommended a little WD40 with a scotch-brite for some scratches on our bathroom door and fridge, which did work on the lighter scratches and seemed to do no harm whatsoever.
