how to fill holes in walls

I am getting ready to paint walls in my 72 land yacht and don't know how to fill in the holes. they are very many around the windows. any ideas?

We just filled them with pop rivets, then painted. Once you paint, they kind of disappear.

You can try filling them with 2 part putty epoxy. Knead it and push some into the holes. Let cure and harden, sand smooth before painting.

If you're a real glutton for punishment you can replace all the interior skins. My holes were numerous and larger.

You can use bondo, that is what we are using right now to fill the holes and seems really hard and hood. You need to fill the holes then sand it and paint. That's all.

I like Big Stretch caulking... You can also use it to fill any seams, or other finish carpentry type uses.

I have done that to holes left behind when changing out a hitch from one brand to another. Two part epoxy worked for me and these were 5/16 inch holes.
