How do YOU hang pictures on aluminum interior?

Have tried every level of "Velcro" I can find--No real success.
So, if you hang pictures, etc. on your "shiny" interior, what has worked for you?

Have you tried Command hooks? They only negative I've found is that you can't remove them on a cold surface ( like a window in the northeast during winter)

Product Catalog:*Command™ Products

Velcro on the existing (Classic) mousefur for lighter items works well. The 3M "command" products for all smooth surfaces. I have yet to have anything fall from place.

As others have said the 3M hooks - I've hung a clock in both the bedroom and dining area. Even after multiple trips they're solid, never noticed even a little bit of slippage. We've also got them around the kitchen for towels etc..

Check out the "Industrial Strength" velcro. With hooks things can go flying when underway. They are going no where with the Industrial Strength velcro.

Try this

3M automotive body moulding tape. It is a double sided tape. This stuff is typically used to mount the plastic trim to the body of cars.

A little dab will do you!

Available in the auto department at Wal-Mart abou3 $3.00

Scotch "Reclosable Fasteners" are great. A bit hard to find, go to a full line hardware store. They look like Velcro, but actually different. They have a very heavy duty adhesive back. Here are the bullets listed on their package for their use. UPC code #5113164254

*Audible Snap indicates closure
*Great for moving or vibrating surfaces
*For indoor or outdoor use.

Some of the command products (not hooks) are snap together...sorta like velcro, but more like little posts that catch each other. With these you can hang stuff tight to the walls with no swinging, like the hooks. The Command adhesive I am sold on. Stays put but easy to pull to remove with no clean up or damage. I have a tin clothes hook/rack which has held 3 hats and 2 hoodies while traveling for over 2 years now. It is held in place with 2 of the command "picture patches" good for 2 lbs each.

I have had good luck with the velcro like Commands strips. I replaced the backer in some frames with plexiglass and put four strips on the back, one in each corner, and the same on the aluminum and all have stayed on great so far.
